Odisha Reports High Success Rate for CBSE Class X Exams

Almost 94% of students of Odisha have passed their CBSE Class X examinations, and Odisha’s pass percentage stands at 93.66, which is higher than last year’s figure of 92.40. The pass rate for the region of Bhubaneswar, which includes Odisha, Chhattisgarh, and West Bengal, is even higher at 94.67%. Female students did better than male students, with a success rate of 94.83% compared to 92.60% for male students.

Leaders Appreciate Diligence of Students

The Chief Minister of Odisha, Mr. Mohan Charan Majhi, advised the students to be confident irrespective of their performance in the examination and hoped that they would have a bright future ahead of them. Dharmendra Pradhan, the Union Education Minister, applauded the diligence of the students and asserted that an examination cannot determine the capabilities of a person. Merit certificates were issued by CBSE to the top 0.1% scorers.

Best Schools in Bhubaneswar Excel in the Country

The best schools in Bhubaneswar have done wonders. Anwesha Mohanty is the top scorer at DPS Kalinga with a score of 99.8%. There were 102 students who scored above 90%. At DAV Chandrasekharpur, all students passed, and the top scorers were Shreya Tripathy and Ruhan Mohanty, both with a score of 99.8%. Stellar Performances by DAV & SAI International Schools 

Students who scored more than 99% at DAV Pokhariput include Ayushi Dash with 99.8%. DAV Kalinga Nagar School had all of its students clear the exam, and its topper scored 99.17%. At SAI International, 46.1% of the students cleared the test with a percentage greater than 90%, while 32 students scored 100% in math.
